Returns
Due to the professional and medical nature of the products sold by InnovAestheticMed, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Medical aesthetic products (including fillers, toxins, injectables, and professional medical supplies) are classified as healthcare and personal care goods and cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.
Eligibility for Returns (Exceptions)
A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible for an exception, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and original packaging
- Proof of purchase
How to Request a Return

Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Medical aesthetic products and injectables
- Personal care or hygiene-related products
- Hazardous materials or temperature-sensitive products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an exception return is approved, the fastest way to obtain a replacement is to place a new order once the return process is completed.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to sealed medical, hygiene, or healthcare products once they have been delivered, unsealed, or where return would violate health and safety regulations.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will notify you once the returned item has been inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
